Four Seasons of Washington is your community locally owned and operated premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation care center. We offer a 75 bed facility for short and long term care, with a secure wing dedicated to Alzheimer's and dementia care.

We are a full-service nursing and rehabilitation center of dedicated, experienced skilled staff who believe in working with our residents to maintain and improve their health. We work together to serve your entire family for all of your health needs in all stages of life. We also believe in educating our residents as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. 

Our commitment is to offer quality care for our residents and their families. Together as an interdisciplinary team, we can make improvements that are needed for a proper transition from your home to ours.
